Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe and for any activity on your account.

Traveler is a connection layer for travelers. Don't use it to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defraud other users. Don't post unlawful content, spam, or commercial solicitations. Don't try to break the security of the service or scrape it at scale.

We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules or that put other travelers at risk.

You keep ownership of the trips, messages, and profile information you create. You grant us a limited license to host and display that content so the product can work (for example, showing your trip to other travelers you've matched with).

Connections on Traveler are mutual opt-in. You decide who to send a request to and who to accept. We don't guarantee that any specific connection or interaction will happen, and we're not a party to conversations between users.

Traveler is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable, but we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Features may change as the product evolves.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Traveler and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. You're responsible for your own safety and decisions when meeting other travelers.

We may update these terms as the product changes. If we make material changes, we'll notify you in-app or by email. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised terms.
