Privacy Policy

Account data: email address, display name, and authentication metadata from our managed auth provider. Passwords are never stored in our application database.

Product data: profile details you add, trips you create, connection requests you send or receive, messages exchanged after a mutual connection, and events you create or attend.

Technical data: basic request logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps) used to keep the service running and to investigate abuse.

To operate the product: match travelers on shared itinerary context, deliver messages, run events, and keep your account secure. We don't sell your personal data.

Other travelers only see the fields you choose to share when matching on a trip. Your email address and account identifiers are not exposed to other users.

Traveler runs on managed cloud infrastructure for hosting, database, authentication, file storage, and email delivery. These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by their own security and privacy commitments.

You can edit your profile, trips, messages, and events from inside the app. To request full account deletion, email the address below and we'll remove your account and the associated personal data.

We use a small number of first-party cookies and local storage entries to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Traveler is intended for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we'll remove it.

We'll update this page as the product changes. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email.
